  • Respecting your time and privacy: Arriving in a lettered truck on your specified day. Each background-checked uniformed technician is State Certified (only about 20% of other pool technicians in the field have the same certification) and tested & trained. These extra steps allow us to keep the same face in your backyard.
  • Vacuuming every time: To prevent unnecessary wear on your equipment, we use a portable vacuum, which extends the life of your overall equipment and filter. It captures fine dust, sand, sticks, leaves, and debris that could damage your pump and overall equipment.

The following is performed as needed:

  • Brushing the walls and bottom
  • Skimming the surface
  • Soaping the tile
  • Polishing handrails
  • Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
  • Inspecting equipment
  • Applying a chlorine spray to the coping and tile for any mold
  • Lubricating O-rings
  • Monitoring water level
  • There are no extra charges for salt cell inspections and cleanings or phosphate treatments
  • Cleaning the filter at least once (1x) per month, and often more frequently throughout the year, such as during pollen season
  • Testing, balancing, and documenting chemical results
